FreeAgent is an online accounting software package. It has been developed to help SME’s, freelancers and contractors manage their business book-keeping easily, accurately, and with the minimum of fuss.

To provide the best value for money, both you and us take responsibility for certain processes in the book-keeping and accounting function. You raise sales invoices and allocate the payments you make to run your business (such as rent, stationery, travel and other business overheads). We set up the payroll, report to HMRC, and prepare the statutory accounts and corporation tax returns. Under our Silver and Gold packages, we also provide detailed tax planning and regular business reviews.

At The Cloud Accountants, we love FreeAgent as our clients find it easy to use and it provides a snapshot of the business sales, profits and cashflow on a great looking dashboard.

If you are new to business, we will provide full training and set up the system so that it fits exactly with your needs.

If you are currently in business and using different software (such as Quickbooks, Sage or MYOB), we can set up FreeAgent to mirror your existing chart of accounts. For an additional fee we can migrate over existing balances so that you can start the new financial year with all of the correct balances brought over from the old system.
